Position Overview


TrustArc is looking for a proven UX designer who will provide design leadership and support for our SaaS privacy management platform.  You will be an integral part of the product roadmap planning process with the ability to impact product design and direction.  TrustArc solutions are in high demand by companies who collect and use customer data to drive their business and need to address regulatory / compliance requirements and customer trust concerns. This position is part of the Product team and works closely with engineering, product marketing, client success, and sales teams.


Responsibilities



  • Consult with clients, product managers, sales, and other team members to understand customer needs and challenges

  • Regular participation in the development of user stories, sprint planning sessions, and design reviews

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, visual designs, prototypes, sitemaps and screen flows to support new products and feature enhancements

  • Conduct regular usability testing and provide actionable reports summarizing results - develop personas and usage scenarios to support testing

  • Conduct competitor analysis and incorporate findings and best practices into future product designs.

  • Produce designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system

  • Generate detailed specification of final designs that allow distributed engineering teams to build accurately, and work with engineers and QA to deliver polished final features & products


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree with 5-10 year UX design experience with enterprise SaaS products

  • Experience with GRC, eDiscovery, legal tech, or other compliance markets is a big plus

  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment and defining / delivering successful products to market

  • Self-directed but also collaborative

  • Superb communication, time-management and process-management skills

  • Keen problem-solving and organizational abilities. Creativity, passion and attention to detail

  • Passionate / outgoing personality; able to create a sense of excitement for your products

  • Superior knowledge of Sketch and all Adobe products
