Telular is looking to hire a talented Lead Mobile Applications Developer to to support all division of Telular Corporation. The successful candidates will play a key role in defining the architecture, implementation and development for products across all divisions. We are looking for candidates with deep knowledge of mobile UI design, Xamarin Forms, Xamarin for Visual Studio, C# and RESTful services will be critical to your success in this role.
- Work with the business team to prioritize a list of enhancements and new features for our Telular iOS/Android applications.
- Work with the UI designer to implement the new UI design with best practices for mobile devices.
- Build advanced systems using C#, RESTful and SOAP services.
- Maintain and enhance all mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Work with Product Verification Testing daily and review test plans to ensure complete functional coverage and provide technical assistance.
- Work with other functional groups within the company, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure flawless market launches.
Great skills to have:
- Strong experience in SQL 2008/2014
- 2+ years of experience with Xamarin forms is preferred.
- Experience with TFS source management systems is highly desirable.
- Experience leading a technical team.
- Experience in the machine-to-machine (M2M) industry is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Bachelors degree is EE or CS preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Solid experience on C#, Xamarin - Xamarin including Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android, JavaScript, Mobile Development, NET MVC, SQL, APIs - C#, JavaScript, Mobile Development, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, APIs
- Solid experience with Javascript libraries
- Strong experience developing UIs that render perfectly on multiple devices.
- UI knowledge - experience building graphically intensive UIs, managing multiple view hierarchies, optimizing UI transitions and performance on mobile devices.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- iOS and Android application development experience.
- Familiarity with all aspects of Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
- Mobile store life cycle knowledge including store policies, publishing, provisioning, app store and deployments.
- Strong knowledge of Caching, Session State, Cookie Management, View State
