We're currently looking for a Director Intake Engineering and Process Management. You will be part of a team who is the primary channel between Products, Engineering & supporting organizations. As a Director Intake Engineering and Process Management you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and others. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. Always ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and plans, helps to prioritize the portfolio of projects based on capacity and to ensure that business owners have a full understanding of resource capacity and trade-off requirements.
Responsibilities
Creates and drives strategies in alignment with XFINITY Mobile vision and the Company's overall vision and business goals.
Sets standards and drives agile methods across the department.
Leads the Scrum Master and Business Analyst supporting the engineering teams in the development of new BSS and OSS software, web applications, and business operations solutions.
Leads the continued support for existing applications and applications in development.
Works with other team leaders within the organization to ensure all deliverables adhere to guidance, deadlines, and release standards. Contributes to and actively participates in ongoing process improvement and driving agile best practices.
Communicates and establishes relationships with business partners, vendors, and other functional areas of the company.
Responsible for the management of the engineering roadmap for SMB for XFINITY Mobile
Participates in Intake review and planning cycle
Drive senior leadership level reporting and communications
Provides leadership and direction to department personnel from management to non-exempt employees.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Must demonstrated management ability to lead and develop teams to deliver on goals.
Must have a broad business experience as well as strategic thinking.
Must demonstrate clear ownership of tasks and deliverable, possess "quick start" abilities and be able to adapt to ever-changing business requirements and technology landscape.
Must demonstrated expertise in the development and presentation of business cases to present at executive Level.
Experience with the adoption of Agile and Lean methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaling techniques in an environment where individuals are unfamiliar with the methodology.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering
Generally, requires 10+ years related management experience leading Engineering or Development teams.
Background in Software Development and Delivery. Ideal candidate will have a development background and experience with Amdocs tools and platforms.
Competent in Project Management and Portfolio Management, budgeting, and Business Relationship Management.
Practical experience in leading and successfully delivering large projects is critical. 5 years of Agile delivery experience. Full Lifecycle Project Management.
5 years' experience mentoring/coaching agile practitioners
Minimum 3 years' experience facilitating organization and cultural change for Agile transformation.
Demonstrated, successful large-scale Agile software implementations success
Experienced in the use of process design and analysis toolsets.
Experiece in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Process Reengineering, etc.
The following certifications are desired, but not required: CSM Certified Scrum Master CSPO Certified Scrum Product Owner
