We’re building high performing big data solutions for reporting and analytics, improving operational intelligence and customer service with predictive and machine learning models. In the role of Systems Integration Lead, you will provide overall project coordination, team leadership, and control of activities during the implementation of architecture solutions and will provide senior level technical expertise and advice to management on software architecture solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical leadership in all aspects related to the enterprise architecture;
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to junior team members;
- Research technology, systems and products to support the IT Roadmap and drive its implementation;
- Lead technical activities associated with the implementation of architecture solutions;
- Create and execute test strategies to validate design against requirements;
MUST HAVE’S:
- Minimum of 7 years progressively responsible experience in a senior technical capacity;
- Agile as the standard SDLC approach;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leader capacity;
- Applied experience developing applications using one or more of the following technologies: Java, Python, JavasScript frameworks, web services, Postgresql, Amazon Redshift and EC2 / ELB, Linux, Big Data frameworks;
- Effective conflict resolution, team building and communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- Project planning methodologies to plan and coordinate all technical activities;
- Experience with cloud based technology
