ICT is seeking a Lead Software Engineer/Programmer Analyst  to provide expertise and support the team in providing a Full Stack web prototype.


Preferred Skills/Experience:



  • Leadership/external interfacing experience with software teams

  • Expertise in node JS frameworks and full stack web development

  • Experience in converting functional design and wireframes into working prototype using modern web development stacks (e.g., MERN - Mongo, Express, React/Redux, Node.js)

  • Experience setting up deployment and testing frameworks

  • Monitors advancements and evaluates emerging Full Stack technologies

  • Experience mentoring, developing and directing junior staff

  •  Back-end web architectures/Full stack

  •  Cross-platform programming (mobiles & desktops)

  •  Client/server architectures

  •  Databases (SQL & NoSQL)

  •  HTML5

  •  Systems administration (Linux)

  • Cloud computing (e.g. AWS)
