Energy Inspectors Group (Ei Group) is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team in the next generation development of our Project Management & Automation system for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industries. The platform is designed to provide a centralized place to support our day to day operations, from sales all the way to invoicing.

Interview Process:
Interviews will be conducted via phone call or screenshare. In person a plus, but not necessary if not located in San Diego, CA.
- 1st interview would be focused on candidates' background and goals as well as covering the basics of who we are. Approximately 45 mins to 1 hour.
- If we mutually decide to move to the next round, it would consist of the candidate walking us through examples of their past projects and/or code samples to highlight their technical proficiency, as well as performing a practical design & coding test. Approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Your Mission:
- Lead the innovative use of Salesforce.com as an enterprise business platform.
- Design, develop, test, document, and troubleshoot custom development, integration, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation.
- Provide estimates of effort to implement solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and participate in UATs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years in a Salesforce development role, including Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning development.
- Advanced knowledge of SOQL, SFDC API, SOAP or REST based web services, XML, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Demonstrated deep competency in Object-oriented Programming.
Nice to Have:
- SFDC certifications.
- Experience in Tableau and/or Salesforce data modeling & visualization.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Experience in other relational databases.
- Familiarity or experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK.
- Understand good UI design and best practices.
