Prototype and Phase 1 has blockbuster results, targeting an immediate $1.1+ Billion market, enabling tremendous experience in a short time for a resourceful Training Manager.
Location: Mumbai-Based Only. Office is in We Work, Marol/Andheri East
Candidates with start-up data management exposure preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible creating the requirements for reports from business/management
- Gather requirements for dashboards from business and operations stakeholders
- Work with Agile tech and business teams to create dashboards
- Knowledge of SQL a must
- Work directly with teams in managing and analyzing large databases; specifically
- Collect data from multiple external sources (Social media, blogs, websites ) and structure them in the form which can provide actionable outcomes
- Should be able to understand the business requirements and marry it with analyzing problem data architecture
- Partner with Manager to help develop, manage and execute campaigns. Conceptualise CRM marketing communication activities
- Prior experience in CRM across business units is a plus
- Analyse data, derive insights and embed it into actions which can increase the repeat business for online channels, to understand user behaviour and transaction patterns
- Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
- Handling ad-hoc requirements of the top management/Holding company
- Responsible for preparation of the AOP(Annual Operation Planning), rolling plans, budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of various other reports which provide business insights and are key business drivers
