THE ROLE: Marketing Specialist

The primary focus for this role is to assist with and/or maintain the following: social media communications, monitor/update website, marketing material design and creation, branding, organization of marketing library, and coordination of trade shows.

• Update/maintain website
• Monitor and report on website traffic
• Design, create and update marketing collateral (print, video and online)
• Organize and maintain our marketing materials library
• Assist in coordination of conferences
• Manage inventory of conference marketing collateral
• Update and maintain social media sites (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Maintain/create branding for internal and external customers
• Assist with designing and creating internal and external marketing pieces (print, video)
• Photograph and video at company event

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in the lab/healthcare space
• Proficiency using graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud products, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, Audition)
• Proficiency using web applications and programming languages (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, mySQL, GitHub)
