At Phone2Action we recognize that our clients are the reason we exist. We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Engineer to address the technical needs of those clients. This position is open to local and remote candidates located in the United States only.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help customers launch advanced campaigns
- Troubleshoot common issues
- Help build tools that allow others in the company to troubleshoot and address technical issues.
- Identify existing non-scalable solutions and help devise a plan/roadmap to help them scale.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Located in the United States only
- Experience with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity working with third-party systems via APIs
- Familiarity with git/version control tools
- You’re a lifelong learner. You thrive on new experiences and mapping uncharted territory. If you don't know something, you know how to learn about it from Google, Stack Overflow, and your personal network
- Great at working in small teams. You collaborate well with others, and know how to take the lead when necessary
- You delight in helping people achieve success
- Equally detail-oriented and design-oriented. You don’t deliver anything to a client until it’s perfect
Pluses:
- Experience using frameworks like Laravel, VueJS, React, etc.Advanced experience with PHP
- Unit testing – frameworks like Jest, Codeception, PHPUnit, etc
- Experience working with Salesforce, NationBuilder, MailChimp, or similar systems
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to execute well-designed solutions for users’ needs
- Proven track record. References that confirm your reliability, dependability, drive, dedication, and team spirit
