Senior Java Software Engineer at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (Austin, TX)

• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems Delivering high-availability, scalability and performance.
  
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
  
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code 
  

Key qualifying skills:

• The candidate should have very stron  J2EE skills and related frameworks like Spring and ORM technologies like Hibernate, JPA (Java Persistence API) etc. 
  
• Should be able to take ownership and strive for quality deliverables. 
  
• 8 years of experience in Core Java and using Java frameworks
  
• Hands-on experience in Java multithreading and concurrency
  
• Experience publishing and consuming services - RESTSOAP Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns 
  
• Indepth insight of Java 8 and J2EE internals Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc 
  
• Excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational Databases, SQL, NoSQL and ORM technologies
• Must have excellent technical design articulation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

Desrable skill:

• Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
• Log4j

Education:

Preferably an AA / undergraduate level degree in computer science, EE / Electronics from an accredited institute or equivalent level of professional experience and certifications from competent authority.
