Reporting to the VP of Engineering, we are seeking an experienced SaaS Quality Assurance Engineer for all of our products. We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement test plans for new and existing product features
- Resolve issues with user experience and data integrity
- Provide first tier end-user support for users and customer success staff
- Help manage the deployment process
- Triage hotfixes
- Improve regression testing and automation
- Verify user stories for bugs
- Document support issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to be on site in Arlington, VA, USA
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a QA engineer
- Proven track record of working with engineers and product owners
- Experience writing and designing automation tests
Pluses:
- BA/BS degree
- Deep experience with or certification in Agile methodology
- Previous experience working in digital advocacy/civic technology, CRM, digital advertising, or Social Media marketing
