Description of the position:
A passionate Senior Mobile Apps QA Tester who thrives the further testing of new and existing mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities and tasks:
Testing for iOS/Android mobile applications.
Working Experience:
3+ years of experience in a Mobile QA Tester or developer role.
Strong in Programming fundamentals and ability to program in at least one programming language from Java or C#, (CSS/Xpath locators and JS/Typescript would be a plus).
Experience working with version control, build & deployment and test management tools: Bitbucket, GIT and Jenkins ( Polarion, HP ALM would be a plus).
Experience in automation toolset like Ranorex and Fitness (Selenium would be a plus).
Experience in building, deploying and releasing software by working with developers.
Experience of testing web and client-server applications.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working in all phases of software testing right from requirements analysis up until QA/UAT sign off and release to live.
Experience implementing automated tests for iOS/Android mobile applications.
Experience with JIRA.
Additional skills non-mandatory, but valuable for the position:
Experience working with Confluence.
Experience working with DevOps tool-chains.
Basic SQL skills.
Experience developing mobile apps for the Industrial/Medical or Banking/Insurance sectors.

Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Good knowledge of QA practices and processes.
Familiar with the execution of test cases for mobile apps.

Willingness for some travelling to Switzerland and other European countries to ensure optimum collaboration and software support.
Personal Skills Requirements and Job Conditions
Job location: Madrid, European nacionality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerrequisite.
Expected travel:
Initial ramp-up phase will be mainly carried out in Zurich and Bonn during the first weeks.
Afterwards, a maximum of 10% per year short trips on weekdays, to Switzerland/Germany and other European countries.
Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
Languages:
English: Very good Business English required (excellent communication skills).
German: Desirable but not a must.
Spanish: Native language, otherwise business fluent.
Organizational position: Reporting to the R&D Manager (placed in Madrid)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time.
Salary: Depending on experience.
