Job Description:- Minimum of 5 years exp in Java, AWS Cloud & Android skills with Production support exposure is mandatory with 2-3 years onsite experience
- Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Should have commanding communication skills to manage customer & business team
- PCI & SOX- Knowledge of audit regulations and annual submission of required documentation
- Help Desk Support experience with a large client base
- Experience with Incident, Problem and Change Management procedures
- Support of all POS system integration points
- Develop and/or enhance any necessary tools for support
- "Feet on the Street support during upgrades and software releases, and also when necessary Site walks for new locations or changes
- Should be able to provide clear and concise communication, written and oral (including telephone communications)
- Willing to work on different shifts
- Able to independently work and provide technical & functional support
- ble to drive the escalation calls by gathering the required information and provide the status to all the stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience with Incident, Problem & Change Management process in Service Now
- Domain Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) is MUST & ability to understand few POS concepts like retail transactions, Promotions, Discounts, Menu screens, Mobile Ordering, Tips & Gratuities, Kitchen systems etc .
- Java, AWS Cloud & Android skills with sustainment/support knowledge.
