    Location:Ft. Worth, TX (Near Alliance Airport, Roanoke - North Ft. Worth) - 76177

    Pay Rate:$24/hr (No benefits)

    Duration:  1 to 3 months initially, expected to be approved for 6+ months or longer

    Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5 PM, 40 hrs/week.

    
    

    Responsibilities:

    ·      Provide on-site technical support

    
    

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ years of desktop Support in Windows environment
    • Experience with break-fix / backup

    ·      Experience with supporting Windows 7 / 10

    ·      Experience with supporting Laptops/Desktops/Printers.

    • Strong technical support skills related to laptops, Apple iOS devices (mainly iPads and iPhones), and mobility devices (tablets, phones, etc.).
    • Must have exceptional customer service

    ·       Experience supporting Office 365

    ·      The qualified candidate must live within a daily commutable distance to our customer location Near Alliance Airport, TX area
