Title: EHS Application Support Analyst (contract)
Location: Woodlands TX, (Houston Metropolitan Area)
Duration: Contract (12 months)

EHS APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST (CONTRACT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support corporate Environmental Reporting system and regulatory compliance system in one or more of the following areas: air, waste, water
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical system issues related to system configurations, reporting, application interface, infrastructure and database scripting
- Coordinate with business lines and software vendors to execute the projects and system enhancement
- Work with the team using Agile methodology according to the business priorities
- Contribute to project to convert legacy compliance databases to the strategic vendor application
- Identify and progress continuous improvement of work processes, including annual Environmental and Regulatory reporting
- Provides an overview of the application and develop user training documents for new users
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATOINS:
- MUST HAVE a Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- MUST HAVE a minimum of two years experience supporting and configuring EHS vendor applications e.g. Sphera and Enablon
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong team-work for software support and implementation
- Expertise in MS Office, data visualization and other analytic applications e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI
- Data entry, extraction and query experience in IT applications
- Experience in database languages including Microsoft SQL, access database
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Skills in analyzing and troubleshooting data integrity issues
- Ability to coordinate multiple actions across multiple levels of organization
- Willingness to work hours/shifts in alignment with customer needs
- Prior experience working in Regulatory or Compliance positions is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations is preferred but not required
