*Prior Healthcare experience is required for this opening*The IT Director will be responsible for the strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for the organization. This is a Permanent, Full time position in the Orlando, FL area with a reputable Organization. The candidate must have all of the requirements below to be considered. Director Functions: ?Creates monitoring strategies to ensure that employees are performing job duties accordingly?Knowledge of application development concepts, relational database theory and systems, and network theory and systems.?Listen and ascertain the needs of employees.?Communicate accurate information concerning processes, policies, and procedures to employees.?Oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. ?Direct the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes.?ECW APU patches and updates?ECW Server?s scheduled maintenance ?Scheduled daily backups for ECW, SQL, Quickbooks, Shared storage, Microsoft Exchange, Printer Server, WSUS, and Domain controller.Requirements:Must have prior experience at a Manager or Director level in Healthcare? Ideal individual should also be able to exercise great initiative, have good problem solving skills and must carry independent and responsible judgments.? Expert knowledge of computer hardware, software, and all current supported Mac, Windows and Windows Server operating systems.? Microsoft security updates, user account maintenance, and user security group access.? Microsoft SQL database server maintenance.? Quickbooks server maintenance.? Firewall, access points, site to site vpn, content filter, bandwidth monitor, intrusion prevention, vpn user maintenance, anti- spyware, antivirus, ransomware monitoring and maintenance.? Must have experience directly managing a team of at least 4 IT Professionals.? Effective leadership abilities. Demonstrate sound business judgment and ability to take decisive action.? Strong employee management skills.?
