Senior Desktop Engineer at DBI Staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

Exciting opportunity with a growing firm in Philadelphia.  Position can also be based in New York City or Washington DC.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal or external service provider
• Perform day-to-day support and maintenance of Windows, SCCM, mobile devices, end point security,
• Work well with the rest of the team to provide 3rd IT level assistance for Windows OS, mobile devices and software issues, SCCM, Images, End User security, mobile devices, patching and the overall End User Systems portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree with 5 years of related experience including responsibility managing and implementing SCCM, Windows OS, virtual machines, end point security
• Previous experience with mobile device management
• Ability to package applications 
• Expertise in virtual environments, Microsoft operating systems and applications
