KF Listen allows clients to gain real-time insights of engagement within their organization to drive continuous improvement across talent initiatives. KF Listen is set of homegrown applications built on Java and JavaScript. As the Development Leader for KF Listen, you will work closely with the Product Owner and your team (both onshore and offshore) to define, develop and deliver high quality features prioritized against the roadmap. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, including the ongoing maintenance of the product, releases to production, and ultimately supporting client implementations.


Key Accountabilities
  • Accountable for the timely delivery of software projects through the management and allocation of the technical resources for this application.
  • Management of offshore development team.
  • Oversee the deployment and monitoring of our products and services.
  • Design and lead the implementation and testing of new features within a fast-paced, Agile environment. Provide technical leadership and continuously refine our development strategy.
  • Establish team metrics, set goals for team members, perform reviews and ensure accountability within the team.
  • Drive your team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality.
  • Drive efficiencies in the development team through the use of tools, processes, and effective resource management.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills & Experience
  • Deep hands-on technical expertise with strong business and technology focus.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM.
  • Essential background in developing and maintaining web-based applications built on the Java/.Net and JavaScript ecosystem.
  • Experience with managing both onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
  • 4+ years of direct people management of technical teams.
  • Minimum of 7 years of programming experience in building web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
  •  Bachelors / Post Graduate (Masters Degree).
