Are you eager to shape and create the future of mobile communications? Industry leader in mobile messaging B2B solutions LINK Mobility, one of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe, is investing heavily in the development of a new SaaS communication platform that is being built from scratch - not a single legacy code line will be used.
We are seeking senior front-end developers who love to develop and are passionate about the latest trends in the industry. You may be developing a new platform that allows our customers to deliver daily, sophisticated communications to millions of mobile devices all over the world. LINK Mobility has had an enormous growth spurt over the last couple of years, and you will be a key figure for LINK’s ambitious dreams to come to life.
Given our large portfolio of projects, solutions and customers, you will be relied on for your agility while you grow your own knowledge of advanced messaging systems and our suite of innovative technologies. This position is located in our central development unit in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Build front-end applications based upon UI/UX wireframes
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and Backend Developers to deliver scalable and easy to use applications using the latest Angular framework.
Core skills required:
The MEAN stack:
- MongoDB (document-oriented database)
- Express (framework for writing backend systems in Node)
- Angular (framework for writing frontend systems)
- Node (system for running javascript code on a server)
The npm packaging system:
- Deep insight into how npm and npm repositories “work”, well beyond what a regular user of npm ever needs to know
Azure DevOps:
- Know how to set up and manage:
- Builds using
- YAML pipelines.
- Releases
- Repositories
- Azure Artifacts
- Able to use the Azure DevOps API to automate the work.
Microsoft Azure (cloud computing):
- now how to set up, manage and use programmatically:
- CosmosDB
- MongoDB-compatible database from Microsoft)
- Azure Blob
- Storage (a storage solution for files/data)
- Azure Application
- Insights for Node (a monitoring solution for cloud apps)
- Know how to deploy an application as a Docker container
- Know how an app needs to work to run in a cloud environment, specifically in a Kubernetes cluster.
The SPA (single page app): Clear understanding of how the end product should be at production to the end user.
Additionally:
- 7+ years of experience building large-scale server-based web applications
- Strong experience in Angular 2+, Angular libraries
- Expert in JavaScript, Typescript and ES6
- Compiling and bundling with Webpack
- Expert in HTML and CSS
- Experience with git source control and working with APIs
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Git.
- Proficiency writing unit and integration tests
- Experience building forms and/or other SaaS admins
- Eager to share knowledge with your team
- Passionate about staying abreast of frontend technologies
- Excellent English skills both orally and written
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
