Senior Front-End Developer at LiveLike (New York, NY)

LiveLike is looking to bring on a Senior Front-End Developer for our team. At LiveLike you will help create software products that are cutting edge, easy to use, and that make an appreciated and notable difference in our customers daily lives.  There is a strong emphasis on writing highly reliable and maintainable code for the long-run. We add new features regularly, refactor constantly, and rewrite when necessary. We trust our developers and make sure they have the tools they need and resources to continuously learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • BUILDING products that can be used in an accessible and measurable way, working with design and product teams

  • DEVELOPING new client-facing content management and publishing web app for a brand new mobile product

  • DESIGNING and building web SDK’s for third parties to integrate LiveLike API’s

  • ENSURING RELIABILITY and robustness of internal and external products through automated testing

  • MAINTAINING existing web products and internal tools

  • ASSISTING partners and clients in integrating LiveLike SDK’s 


OUR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 


  • 5+ years experience

  • Expertise using HTML, CSS, and JS to build cross-browser web applications

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams consisting of designers and developers with varied strengths

  • Consuming HTTP API’s from a variety of sources

  • Experience with libraries like React or Vue

  • UI and UX design experience

  • Working knowledge of Web Components and Custom Elements

  • Mobile development experience

  • Backend development experience


WHAT WOULD BE COOL

  • Previous experience with: SaaS, OTT video, chat/messaging.
