Chevron is seeking a Archer Application Technical Analyst for governance, risk management & compliance and SecOps Houston Texas based DevOps team.

Description

The Senior Application Architect for Governance, Risk Management & Compliance will be accountable for shaping the technical implementation of Chevrons vision for GRC, SecOps and Integrated Risk Management. Chevrons GRC program is based primarily on the RSA Archer GRC platform, but the GRC Architect will be responsible for integrating Archer with various other systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Archer GRC as well as a broad base of technical knowledge such as the ability to implement and manage numerous other technologies, including on-premises, cloud and Software as a Service.

SELECTION CRITERIA::

1. Domain Experience (in order of importance)

Extensive experience with all the core components of Archer development: Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications, complex Calculations, etc.

Archer API (RESTful and SOAP Web Services) and Content API

Archer administration functions

Experience implementing Archer Core Use Cases as well custom On-Demand Applications

Multiple years of hands-on experience in IT, such as: .NET; SQL Server; rapid application development platforms like Archer or Salesforce; JavaScript; JSON; SSIS; $Universe; API integrations

2. Teamwork

Ability to work as part of DevOps self-organizing team

Leverage resources across teams for optimal results, ability to build relationships; Self-directed; able to effectively manage time/schedule/prioritize

3. Communication and Facilitation Skills

Comfortable and capable communicating with senior leadership, other IT teams, and able to lead a team of developers

Previous facilitation experience desired

Excellent active listening skills

4. Tool Experience

Experience working with Archer GRC core components and ODA configuration and workflow

Experience working with tools used to support Agile practices (i.e., JIRA, Azure DevOps)

Experience with system and performance monitoring and alert tools
