Location Jackson, MI; Louisiana, LA; Houston, TX

The Role:

We are looking for Software Engineers, and Senior Software Engineers who have hands-on software development expertise, and:

The skills needed for the role:

Required:

·         Strong knowledge and Hands on experience in C#, and .NET frameworks such as MVC 4 or higher, Web APIs or .Net Core

·         Strong experience on RESTful services using JSON, ODATA

·         Experience working with SQL Server, MySQL or similar RDBMS databases

·         Strong understanding of SOLID design principles and design patterns for cloud native applications

·         Experience working on Azure cloud Services

·         Experience with TDD utilizing unit testing mocking using frameworks such as Nunit, Moq, EasyMock,

·         Experience with NoSQL and distributed caching frameworks such as Redis, NCache, MongoDB

·         Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or OpenShift

·         Understanding of security in cloud services.

·         Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery using modern DevOps tools and workflows such as GitHub, TFS, Azure Devops Services, Bamboo, Jenkins, Ansible.

·         Experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Preferable:

·         Experience in building single page application using Angular, React etc., and TDD using Jasmine, Cucumber

·         Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed system - knowledge of MSMQ,  Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar

·         Experience with container orchestration such Kubernetes and containers such as Docker
