Desktop Technician

One of our leading Healthcare organizations is looking for strong field technicians to help lead readiness efforts for new hardware and devices being implemented prior to an Epic EMR activation. This team will be on the front end of the assessment and assist with technical integration and testing efforts. Our client is looking for individuals with a strong infrastructure background as well as working in the field for any type of infrastructure deployments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Infrastructure deployment experience (hardware or software)
- Desktop support background
- A+ Certification or something similar
- Experience with Windows 7 & 10
- Knowledge of changing printer settings
- Strong experience with Infrastructure assessments
- Large scale rollout experience
- Experience in Healthcare environments (preferred)
- Experience with Epic (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Our team will be going to each device and making sure its configured correctly for the go-live of Epic in the environment. Thats everything from printers, all thick and thin clients, and any other end user devices thatll interact with Epic. This process requires running Epic test scripts, documenting, and fixing failed test attempts
