Position:- Desktop Support

Location:- Austin , TX

Duration:- Full Time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Providing support for Microsoft OS Laptops & Desktops deployed in Oncor environment.

·         Setting up new equipment and installing software.

·         Management software licenses.

·         Maintenance/troubleshooting of all user hardware and software issues.

·         Printer mapping, print Queue creation, print drivers update on server and print queue migration.

·         Manage/Configure/Test/Approve computer image

·         Manage/Configure Device & User Accounts.

·         Field Tracking/Reporting

·         Desktop components and Support.

Technology Snapshot:

·         Windows O/S Support

·         Desktop/Laptop Hardware trouble shooting

·         MS Office Support

·         Email/MS Outlook

·         Network Printer Support/MFDs

·         Basic VoIP (i.e. CISCO, Avaya)

·         VPN

·         Mobile Device Support (phones, tablets)

·         Use of JIRA Ticket Management System
