Consumer & Community Banking Group serves nearly 66 million consumers and over 4 million small businesses, municipalities and non-profits.  Youll support the delivery of award winning tools and services that cover everything from personal and small business banking as well as lending, mortgages, credit cards, payments, auto finance and investment advice. This group is building CCB CRM platform integrating with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud keeping in mind latest trend in digital experience and next generation banking technology solutions to better serve our clients and customers.

Skills:

Scrum leader

Partnering with key stakeholders to identify the solutions that meet their needs

Defining user stories and acceptance criteria

Maintaining product backlog

Advising stakeholders on options, risks, and aligning of priorities

Obtaining stakeholder signoff

Collaborate cross functionality with infrastructure, support, and other software engineering teams

Creating user help for end users and internal support teams

Providing direction for testing of new functionality

Facilitating implementation of new functionality through training and demonstrations

Collaborating with business users and technology partners at all levels

Proven experience in Business Analysis

Experience in programming is a huge plus
