Crescendo Biosciences, part of Myriad Genetics, is focused on rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a debilitating, chronic disease affecting over 1.5 million people in the United States and more than 2 million in Europe.
We are seeking a Java Web Developer/Software Engineer, to join our innovative team and contribute to the development, implementation, deployment, and documentation of the company’s external, commercial web applications, as well as integrating with mobile apps and internal tools and systems. You will need to be highly motivated, team- oriented and an exceptional coder.
You will interact and collaborate with colleagues and product managers to finalize requirements, develop, integrate and deploy new features, and provide integrated software solutions to support our business and customers. Java is preferred, but we have other projects in which we also use .net/C#, C++ and Python.
What You Need:
5+ years as software developer Java, .NET/C#, C++ and Python
3+ years of web application development JavaScript and understanding of prototypal inheritance
Web-based technologies such as JBoss, JavaScript, Java EE, Django, Angular.js, js, JQuery, HTML5, CSS and RESTful web services
Development of applications supported by a relational database (Oracle, SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication and consulting skills
BA/BS in CS/EE
Great To Have
Experience with health IT applications development and/or working in a healthcare environment
Working in an FDA, CLIA, or related regulatory environment
