Your new role
As a Corporate Hospitality Administrator, you will be the first line of defense in providing a top-tier experience for all guests, investors and employees.


What you'll need to succeed
This isn't a typical reception role. You will be expected to develop relationships with incoming guests and provide them with a top-tier experience. Some attributes that would be needed for a role like this include:


- Ability to "think on your feet"; provide input when needed, be able to "pivot" under adversity and tight deadlines
- Remembering guests and developing a solid rapport with repeat visitors
- Ability to interface with all levels of stakeholders, from investors, C-level executives and other guests and staffs
- Experience with setting up small events within the office setting when needed
- Work side by side with executives on ad hoc requests
