Duties: Design, create, and support objects in Informatica PowerCenter using Oracle database. Interface with the user community to collect and document requirements for various projects. Design, build and maintain software applications. Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements. Participate in every phase of software delivery life cycle including Requirement, Analysis & Design, Build Code, Unit Test, Support system and Integration testing, Implementation phase and post implementation support. Work in Agile methodology and Waterfall methodology. Write and enhance technical specifications based on functional specifications. Create and document unit test case results, implementation plans, and application support guide using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years of experience as a Consultant (IT) or related occupation. Alternatively will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Consultant (IT) or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: Informatica PowerCenter; Oracle 11g; PL/SQL including triggers; stored procedures and queries; and Data Warehouse. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following skills: Toad; Unix Shell Scripting; and Microsoft Office. This position requires one (1) year of experience with HP QC ALM.
