- Being a People Manager of a team of dedicated UX / UI designers of up to 4 people
- Help build up a more user research-oriented approach by setting the path for future methods and procedures

- Enable your team to create UX concepts in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product management & software development).
- Creating wireframes and mockups for various user stories in order to meet the user’s needs.
- Performing usability tests with users, stakeholders and developers and verifying the results.
- Self-initiated development of concepts and designs in order to enhance our products’ usability.
Because you have to offer a lot:
- University degree with focus on human-computer interaction (e.g. industrial design or media design, media informatics) or a comparable qualification
- A very open and strong personality who knows how to position UX topics in a complex software environment and how to stand in for your department’s interests
- Around three years of experience in leading an interdisciplinary UX team working on user interface design and usability tests for complex web applications
- At the same time, you are a hands-on person and willing to design yourself
- You have a very good understanding for the realistic mixture of UX concepts and technical possibilities of implementation
- Many years of experience in creating wireframes (e.g. with Axure, Principle or code)
- Ideally you dispose over experiences in user research methodologies
- Very good communication skills in English and German (oral and written)
- High level of abstraction capability and assertiveness
