This position is for QA Automation engineer; however, it is expected that the candidate will perform manual testing for some period of time to learn the product prior to writing test scripts. 

Job Description:

• 
  
• Understand various forms of testing and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• 
  
• Working experience in an agile team
• 
  
• Knowledge of UI testing framework – hand coded (not just record/play back)
• 
  
• Ability to author functional tests for reasonably complex software (not just websites) backend business logic
• 
  
• Experience with Coded UI testing and authoring
• 
  
• Working knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems – installation, configuration, operations
• 
  
• Hardware performance monitoring – Disk, CPU, MemoryAbility to troubleshoot problems with application malfunction or misbehavior
• 
  
• Demonstrate how to breakdown a complex scenario into smaller tests and troubleshoot
• 
  
• Knowledge of at least one source control system such as GIT or TFS
• 
  
• SQL Server knowledge – Server configuration, performance testing, scripting
• 
  
• Experience working with Web applications authoring and testing
• 
  
• Proficiency (1-2 years):
