The Oxford Financial Group— one of the founding publishing groups at The Agora Companies — is seeking a detail-oriented person who won’t stand for anything but the best possible final product.
The Web Production Associate must be able to learn their complex production processes quickly and be committed to producing error-free work; continually aiming to take their high performing team to the next level.
Once you have mastered your production responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to other marketing initiatives and own several projects that directly impact their bottom line. You’ll be a part of a highly specialized and talented group of marketing and web professionals.

Responsibilities
- Post content on their various WordPress websites.
- Build new front-end code variations for A/B and multivariate testing to enhance the user experience and drive an increase in sales.
- Work on the front-end development (HTML and CSS) and content editing of order form web pages and static lead generation landing pages.
- Perform quality assurance and testing on promotional campaigns as well as troubleshoot and debug errors as needed.
- Work with web designers to create new static / Wordpress pages, templates, andpost web content updates for webinars, advertorials, and other lead-gen relation digital efforts.
- Assist with the development of email marketing segments and the manipulation of email list data.
- Assist with running email through reputation systems for non-spam compliance and proper viewing across platforms and devices.
- Closely coordinate with other members of the Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to stay on top of deadlines and materials that are needed to ensure all initiatives are set up correctly and orders can successfully be processed and tracked.
- Create and maintain products, bundles, and members in E-commerce/CRM system as needed.
- Brainstorm and implement new and innovative styles of marketing to improve production, processes and overall workflow.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of equivalent or related experience is a must.
- Must have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS best practices.
- Must be an independent learner that can learn quickly in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Be organized and detail-oriented in everything you do is essential.
- Needs to manage time wisely; always meeting or beating deadlines.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working on several projects at once.
- Have the ability to work within a team environment and independently.
- Demonstrated experience of being resourceful and proven experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and order process systems a huge plus.
- Experience with content management platforms such as Wordpress would be a nice to have.
- Prior experience in the publishing industry would also be a huge plus.
- Previous marketing, financial industry, or advertising experience is preferred but not required.
