Our engineers work the full stack using tools like React, Redux, React Native, Django, PostgreSQL, Ansible, and much more. You will be working in an interdisciplinary, teamwork-oriented environment where you will help build the most powerful advocacy platform on the market.
About You
- You care deeply about shipping high-quality and bug-free software that is easy for users to learn & use
- You have the technical ability to write automated test cases in Python or another scripting language but aren't afraid to jump in and test manually when automated testing isn't feasible.
- You're excited about writing code on a daily basis and developing and improving your programming skills
- You have some (1-2 years) of experience in a testing role and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a similar experience
- You're a highly-motivated self-starter who wants to make valuable contributions to a team from day 1
- You're an engaged learner -- you want to expand your skills, get your hands dirty, and find solutions to challenging problems that require tradeoffs

What You'll Do
- First week: you'll design & implement test cases for a new feature
- First month: you'll build an automated performance testing system for our API that compares performance between different releases
- First 6 months: you'll take ownership of our pre-release testing system and gather feedback from various stakeholders in the company before releases
- First year: you'll help guide our team as we make broad technical decisions impacting our stack, our products, and the growth of the entire company
