As a Support Analyst, you will provide a first line contact with all principal corporate clients with a high level of technical complexity
We are looking for a proactive thinking, hands-on and communicative professional. This professional will be responsible for:
* Support Wavy platforms and applications;
* Investigate problems and to provide creative solutions to several kind of issues;
* Help out our clients, suppliers and colleagues with their demands;
* Identify repetitive problems and generate automatized solutions.
Requirements:
* Experience in support applications such as monitoring tools (nagios, zabbix) and issue trackers (like jira);
* Know how to handle big amount of data and configuration files on Linux. Understand and use Shell-Script (Bash) for daily activities;
* Solid knowledge on database, mainly with big bases (above 1 bi of lines); TCP/IP networks (focus on troubleshooting) and Java execution environment;
* Domain at least one language, like: python, ruby, php, perl, javascript, lisp. Scheme or clojure;
* English will be a plus.
