We're looking for a senior software developer, someone comfortable sitting across our technical stack (React, javascript, API, node.js, .net), but preferably someone with some decent front-end chops (React, javascript, html, css). As an example, ideally you would be someone that could lead/be heavily involved in the conversation and process of architecting, designing, and building a new enterprise grade website (think 150M+ visits per year).
You'll be working within a cross-functional squad of very committed developers, BAs, QAs, and DevOps engineers on one of the busiest Australian websites (#1 Australian retail website), as well as a plethora of private applications that support the mechanics of retail. We are retail, at scale, and our purpose is to remove the friction from the mechanics of retail.
We focus on people and culture first, followed closely by delivery. We #GSD, are deliberate about removing the waste and noise from the process, and appreciate the influence we can have on the outcomes for the organisation.
