Were looking to add an Implementation Engineer to help deploy customers on the Idio products. Youd be working with the Implementation Manager, alongside the Customer Success Managers and Salespeople.
The Implementation Engineer is accountable for:
- Ensuring that we deploy Idio on the web, in email or via BI on time and to scope
- Being a subject matter expert to support customers and internal stakeholders as needed
The role will require you to:
- Understand clients objectives; our clients are all in the demand generation area of marketing
- Develop a deep understanding of the Idio products including how the NLP and other technical areas work
- Be able to work to tight timelines and be highly organized
- Be able to communicate well both internally and externally
- Be willing and able to make suggestions on how we can improve what were doing
- Use Idio data to diagnose potential performance improvements on the web and/or email
- Be comfortable saying when you dont know, theres a lot to learn!
