Emergent Software is seeking a Senior SQL Server Developer to join our thriving team. Our organization has grown significantly from our deep networks and reputation for successful delivery, so our current SQL team could use your help!
Qualified candidates have experience working on various SQL Server development projects including ETL, reporting/business intelligence, data warehousing, database design and query performance tuning. In addition candidate should have great communication skills and be interested in helping us grow our SQL consulting business. Experience as a Production DBA is a plus.
Ideal candidates will display a mastery of certain SQL Server tasks along with an aptitude to learn others under the supervision of our leads. If you are looking to become an indispensable technical asset to clients for years to come through learning from some of the brightest SQL minds in the business, this position might be the perfect fit for you!
Required Experience
- ETL development using SSIS
- SSRS report development
- Data warehouse design using star-schema and/or snowflake methodologies
- Performance tuning databases with indexing

- Relational database design for custom software based on business requirements
