(Senior) Manager (m/f) Testing

In line with our new People Strategy, Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) implemented a global function for HR Operations & Technology to improve our operational HR model, enable more efficient global and local processes and drive the implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS system. As part of this team the (Senior) Manager (m/f) Testing will - from beginning on - lead all testing activities in regards to our new global HRIS system implementation as well as in regards to changes in the general HR application landscape worldwide. We are looking for a professional (m/f) with deep testing experience in leading role for on-premise and cloud solutions.
Reporting to the Director HR Technology this position will be located in our headquarters in Bad Homburg, Germany, and require a certain amount of international travel.

Your responsibilities
- As (Senior) Manager (m/f) Testing you will define the test strategy for our global cloud-based HRIS implementation, incl. applications, integrations and data validations
- In close cooperation with our project management team you will plan and track all test activities, e.g. in regards to timing, dependencies, resources, sequences or communication; identifying resource, support and maintenance needs will also be part of this task
- An important focus will thereby lie on planning and leading the integration and payroll parallel tests, always supported by IT and in cooperation with our regional stakeholders
- You will execute, steer and monitor test activities with test entry and exit criteria, KPIs and formal sign-offs
- Furthermore you will establish a repeatable efficient model for efficient test procedures, considering changes and upgrades and look for optimization potentials for the further roadmap
- Finally you will work closely with all relevant and internationally spread internal and external project members to manage test issues, changes and their impact
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Software, Industrial Engineering or another adjacent area
- Furthermore you have gained multiple years of experience as a test expert and in a leading role for an international software implementation
- You have worked in an complex corporate environment and decentralized structures
- You combine a strong knowledge of test concepts, most importantly for Payroll, with a good understanding of integration and data validation tests; experience with Workday or other HR cloud-solutions would be a plus
- Profound project management skills and knowledge about modern tools and methodologies help you to tackle your multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
- Your strong communication skills, assertiveness and a service-oriented mind-set help you to find creative solutions in a complex corporate environment
- Excellent English and German language skills complement your profile
