Manager (m/f) Business Analysis
Global HR Technology 


In line with our new People Strategy, Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) implemented a global function for HR Operations & Technology to improve our operational HR model, enable more efficient global and local processes and drive the implementation of a new cloud-based HRIS system. As part of this team the Manager (m/f) Business Analysis is responsible for translating and depicting HR business processes into our new HRIS system, thereby acting as systems expert and point of contact for international stakeholders, always driving process improvements.


Reporting to the Director HR Technology this position will be located in our headquarters in Bad Homburg, Germany and require a certain amount of international travel.

Your responsibilities



  • As Manager (m/f) Business Analysis you be responsible for understanding business requirements and translate them into HRIS system configurations

  • Thereby you will work closely with our HRIS experts and team, HR process owners in all regions and global functions to implement and maintain new and existing HRIS systems; always with an eye for process optimization and efficiency

  • As a system expert you will continuously build and broaden your knowledge of the HIRS systems, initially with a focus on HR core and reporting

  • Configuring, administering and monitoring the cloud HCM system and its integrations will also be part or your responsibilities (especially in regards to payroll, time & attendance)

  • Furthermore you will support testing activities and act as interface to the 3rdlevel support and our internal customers

  • Finally you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing data quality using adequate measures and actions


Your profile



  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or another adjacent area

  • Furthermore you have multiple years of experience with implementing, maintaining and/or configuring HIRS systems, ideally with Workday or other cloud-based HRIS solutions

  • You have worked in an international consultancy or complex corporate environment where you acquired strong communication skills, a high service and customer-orientation and a solution-oriented mind-set

  • You combine these strengths with analytical thinking and a certain detail-orientation that help you to stay focused and handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment

  • A passion for optimizing HR processes (e.g. for HR core, analytics, recruiting, learning & talent management, compensation & benefits) and experience with test management for HRIS implementations are valuable skills for this role

  • Excellent English language skills complement your profile; any other language (e.g. German) would be highly welcome
