How You'll Make an Impact
- Leading software integrations and systems development to build the core of our product
- Being a leading voice in product design and architectural decision-making
- Working effectively with engineers across software, hardware, and research & development teams.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience with C++ and Bash in a professional environment
- Knowledge of the ROS framework
- Exceptional understanding of the Linux operating system
- Ability to develop cross-platform applications with QT
- Extensive experience with embedded systems and hardware interfaces
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Systems-thinking with a product design mindset
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a related field (computer engineering/science) with 5+ years of professional experience
Useful Skills
- Prior experience working with cameras and other sensing systems in embedded environments
- Experience with automated test environments and testing at different levels of an application
- A good understanding of Python and other software prototyping tools
