Primary Objective
The Data Quality Analyst reports to Vice President, Data Management and will work closely with the Project Manager to research and analyse data and run special reports and handle data projects. This includes providing valuable insights in the patterns of data, point out anomalies, create dashboards and create control reports. This role is responsible to ensure quality of data and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Database Architect on new / existing projects
- Interpret and analyse results
- Identify, analyse and interpret patterns in complex data
- Locate and define areas of process improvements
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or equivalent
- 3-5 years pertinent experience working as data analyst developer
- Very strong understanding of SQL; T-SQL, MYSQL and MSSQL database
- Strong understanding of XSLT, SOAP, XML and J2EE technologies
- Experience working with geo locations, SSRS reports, complex stored procedures
- Excellent problem solving skills for technical and business issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good critical thinking and has attention to details.
