A Front-End Developer at Meshify will have to opportunity to work on our three primary UI's to create a cohesize yet customizable user experience across them. Your main responsibility will be to design and implement good UX across the Front-End in cooperation with the Front-End Lead, build wizards and drag-n-drop tools to make complex concepts seem simple, and bring stability and conformity to the front-end applications. Some of the things we have coming up include: advanced charting and data analytics, Alarm History UI, Theming and Customization support, and more.
First few months
- Refactor and Improve existing code
- Implement Alarm History UI
- Continued integration and support of Theming and Customization API
- Building out more charts and graphs for customers to use in their visualizations
- Multi-step wizard for customers to design Alarms with
Key Responsibilities
- Develop front-end using Javascript (Riotjs), CSS (Tachyons), and HTML
- Work closely with our product, design, and UX teams to create amazing experiences
- Bug fixes and refactoring of the front-end
Skills and Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Node.js and Front-End Javascript
- 1+ years of experience with Vuejs, Reactjs, or Riotjs (or equivalent)
- Strong UX and UI design skills
- Very strong problem solving skills
- Open to new concepts, ideas, and languages
- Able read, write, and speak fluent English
- Ability to work in a team environment at a fast-paced, small company
- Based in Austin and available to work on-site
