AdRoll Group is looking for a Solutions Engineer to take ownership of all technical aspects of client integrations. The goal of the our team is to drive perfect onboarding experiences, and increase customer retention through exceptional post-launch support.


As an all-star Solutions Engineer, you will work with our clients' technical teams throughout their lifecycle with AdRoll Group; including the pre-sale, onboarding and post-launch. Client engagements includes API integrations and development to documentation e.g. standardized methodologies, tag implementations, working with engineering and product to prioritize feature requests and bug resolution.

You will:



  • Solve complex integration problems and get clients live faster and ensure that best-practices are followed.

  • Diagnose complex setups, and communicate clearly through to resolution

  • Build internal tools for automation, drive adoption within the team, and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Identify process improvements, come up with solutions and coordinate efforts with other senior leaders and key partners.

  • Identify and triage system-issues and work with our development team to drive resolution.

  • Build relationships with outside vendors and partners including tag management solutions, analytics.

  • Facilitate new hire training and onboarding.


You are:



  • Experienced in a comparable role for 4 years with a Bachelor’s Degree, or, have 2-3 years with a Master's Degree in CS or similar field

  • An expert in HTML, JavaScript, SQL and Python / Ruby / PHP

  • Experienced with third party APIs, especially using REST

  • Client-focused and always striving to provide the best experience

  • an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and client facing skills, and excellent written and phone communication skills, both in tone and technical descriptions

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and be adaptable

  • Able to establish and foster relationships with key stake-holders across the company
