Daily routine
- Manage projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ensure the team uses the agile methods and tools properly
- Run daily SCRUM meetings, facilitating Sprint Planning, Review meetings and Sprint Retrospective meetings
- Coordinate different teams for a successful product delivery
- Participate actively in the architecture of the projects you will be involved in
- Contribute to the integration of the developments from your offshore team
- Keep yourself up-to-date on the leading edge technologies in order to contribute to the technical choices of the department
- Report to the management on the offshoring team performance and project deliveries
Skills set
- Enthusiastic about joining a challenging and innovative environment, you are passionate about information technologies and you thrive on managing projects with offshore teams.
- Graduated from a Master in Computer Sciences with 3+ years of experience
- Previous experience with Scrum projects
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development
- Strong Knowledge in Fullstack development
- Database and SQL knowledge
- TDD / BDD
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate and Maven
- Ready to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English, French an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills
- Proactive, autonomous, and self-motivated
- Readiness to travel to our offshore providers when necessary
