In This Role
You will serve as a Technology and Product Security Technical Manager for process development and platform excellence, related to security practices we perform here at Comcast. You will manage the end-to-end process implementation from requirements gathering to rollout and adoption with emphasis on effective communication and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Manage a team responsible for platform excellence for our process tools
- Manage a team responsible for process tool application development, implementation, and maintenance
- Process requests, prioritize, project plan, and report status on efforts
- Coordinate the prompt and appropriate distribution of internal and external communications
- Attend and run meetings, both internally with teams and externally with peers and senior leadership

What You Should Possess
- Experience with operationalization of GRC programs including 3rd Party Risks, Regulatory Compliance programs such as SOX and PCI, security policies, application security and vulnerability management
- Analytical aptitude with an emphasis on investigative, methodical critical questioning and logical thinking
- Awareness of secure development lifecycles and responsible disclosure practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams on requirements gathering and testing
- Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in demanding situations
- Passion for cybersecurity, an entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resourcefulness
- Experience with security and process tools, such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow, and Bay Dynamics Risk Fabric

What We Require
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or computer science
- 5+ years of related experience
- Direct experience managing humans, in a software development
- Direct experience managing large-scale rollouts of process tools like, Archer, ServiceNow, Remedy

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
