Job Summary:
This is a new Eco System that is being built. A new area of the business. Responsible for promoting the use of industry and Company technologystandards. Monitors emerging technologies/technology practices forpotential use within the Company. Designs and develops updatedinfrastructure in support of one or more business processes. Helps toensure a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions.Considers business problems "end-to-end": including people, process, andtechnology, both within and outside the enterprise, as part of any
design solution. Mentors, reviews codes and verifies that the objectoriented design best practices and that coding and architecturalguidelines are adhered to. Identifies and drives issues through closure.Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as akey contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams orprojects and shares expertise. This is a technical role, business facing and needs good communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

-Need to be able to build a rapport with marketers. Marketers are executives.

-Be able to pitch your understand of the problem and how to fix it.

-Ensures programs are envisioned, designed, developed, and implementedacross the enterprise to meet business needs. Interfaces with theenterprise architecture team and other functional areas to ensure thatmost efficient solution is designed to meet business needs.
-Ensures solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable, anddelivered on schedule.
-Tracks and documents requirements for enterprise development projectsand enhancements.
-Monitors current and future trends, technology and information thatwill positively affect organizational projects; applies and integratesemerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture.
-Presents solutions to senior architects.

-Responsible for: 4 Architect contractors and 20-30 developers who's work would feed into this role.

-Plans and designs new or upgraded systems. Interacts with departmentsto implement improvements in process.
-Develops solution architecture (both tactical and strategic) to fullymanage/support enterprise needs, services, systems and technologymanagement.
-Mentors team members in relevant technologies and implementationarchitecture.
-Develops, documents and ensures compliance with best practicesincluding but not limited to the following coding standards, objectoriented designs, platform and framework specific design concerns andhuman interface guidelines.
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

-Preferred: B2B experience

Job Specification:
-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
-Engineering, Computer Science

-7-10yrs in Arch/SW Delivery

-5yrs in Marketing

-Architect in Marketing Systems that know integration, Eloqua, Salesforce and knows DB. Data provider, radius latis.
