Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualization of software components and processes
- Coordination of the technical requirements with the project participants
- Implementation of highly available, highly scalable Java backend systems
- Programming of statistical and heuristic algorithms for analyzing large amounts of data (big data)
- Active participation in architectural decisions and continuous improvement of our agile development processes and infrastructure
- Evaluation of solutions, new frameworks and technologies.
Your Profile
- Final degree in computer science or a comparable education
- First experience in Java software development
- Great knowledge of Java 7/8 as well as common frameworks and technologies
- Good knowledge internet technologies and experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high demand for software quality
- Preference to share your knowledge, to think outside the box, take responsibility and enjoy bringing your ideas to the team
- Self-initiative, resilience, sense of responsibility, reliability, courtesy, team spirit / teamwork and the ability to structure yourself
