Intel® QuickAssist Technology team located in Poland is currently looking for a Linux driver engineer with an ambition to work on software dedicated for hardware accelerators delivering compression and crypto services.
As part of your daily duties you will:
- Develop Linux driver code for Intel® QAT acceleration hardware
- Work in an international team located in Poland and co-operate closely with teams dispersed across Ireland, USA, China, Mexico plus open-source community
Qualifications:
Must have skills:
- Good level of C programming languages
- Good English in writing and speaking
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Desired qualifications:
- Knowledge of compression and cryptography algorithms will be a plus
- Experience in Linux kernel driver development would be an advantage
- Good understanding of open-source and/or experience with contributing to the community
