Join the Xfinity mobile team within Comcast. We are a small team with a huge mission owning our business end to end. You will work closely with world-class Architects, Designers, and PMs who are all on the same team dedicated to delivering the best. We're currently looking for a Sr. Manager Engineering Intake and Process Management. You will be part of a team who is the primary channel between Products, Engineering & supporting organizations. Our mission is to support Comcast in delivering high-reliability software solutions frequently using agile methodologies and processes management. As a Sr. Manager Engineering Intake and Process Management you will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and others. Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment
Coach and facilitate the process of agile planning, prioritization, and story mapping, and user story writing
Consult with internal business partners to drive alignment within organizations to new processes
Facilitate and enable participation and collaboration with of the Architects, Solution Architects and Technology Teams in appropriate parts of the cycle
Build and sustain relationships with process owners and management to understand their issues, get buy in for improvement opportunities and execute recommendations
Provide guidance and coaching to partners within the business responsible for ongoing sustainment
Help discover the most valuable problems to solve, and how to organize and plan to solve them as quickly as possible."

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
8+ years people management experience

Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification a plus
ITILv3 Foundations, Certified Scrum Master or Agile Evangelist is highly recommended
Strategic acumen and problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans.
Operates in a challenging delivery environment with the ability to drive order and structure.
Must have experience in Agile Product Planning and Approaches
Experience in start-ups and out of the box Thinking ways of working,
Experience building products based on direct client, market, and competitive data
Must demonstrate the ability to identify key assumptions, gather data to investigate those assumptions and develop actionable recommendations.
Must having coaching and leadership capabilities and experience
Should be flexible in work style and be able to appropriately deploy, mentor, and develop junior talent within the team
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to shift message delivery and style based on audience or agenda Ability to organize, prioritize, and adjust execution plans as needed to ensure success of the goals for a project
Comfortable working with the ambiguous while driving toward clarity
Able to work effective with sensitive topics
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and mapping systems/process/value streams
Proficient with Excel & PowerPoint
Familiarity mind mapping and story mapping tools and software i.e.; Minitab, SPSS
Training and working experience in Agile delivery, Lean Start-up and Project Management
Deep hands-on technical expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong business and technical vision
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
