The R&D Organization/Team
Is the pounding heart of Qlik. An organization that covers a wide range of technical fields and disciplines, all focused on the constant improvement of the Qlik product line. A place where we take brilliant decisions, together.
Our Software Engineering / R&D Team develops innovative User Interfaces using modern client technologies. We are always pushing the boundaries of client development in terms of performance and capabilities. We have end-to-end ownership of our features – including development, testing, cloud deployment, monitoring and supporting them in production. We move fast while taking the time to ship high quality code.
How you will spend your time as our next SoftwareEngineer – Front End
- Create beautiful high-performance Web UIs
- Consistently deliver elegant, efficient, and reusable JavaScript code
- Use client technologies, such as HTML5, CSS and the latest versions of JavaScript
- Obsess with testing, testability, and code quality
- Problem solves with passion
- Will take pride in ownership; desire to learn, and grow
You will be successful if you are
- Experienced with, or have knowledge of modern JS frameworkse.g. Angular, React etc.
- Experienced with NodeJS
- Experienced with data visualization technologies and libraries such as D3
- Knowledgeable of git as well as build automation tools such as grunt, gradle etc.
- An individual with development experience in a cloud-first continuous delivery environment
- Experienced with open-source projects, contributions or a strong desire to contribute to the community
