We are looking for a new team member for our portfolio company located in Schlitz / Region Fulda.
Your Tasks
- Proactive identification of relevant metrics and analyses for data-driven decision making in different business areas
- Conducting cross-departmental analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Conception and development of standards for analyses, reports and dashboards to promote a data-driven corporate culture
- Translation of requirements from different business areas into concrete specifications for the data warehouse and BI system
- Responsible for data collection with digital analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) in close cooperation with the marketing team
- Support and training of the operational divisions in handling BI and digital analytics applications
Your Profile
- You have an affinity for numbers and have a degree in economics, natural sciences or a comparable field of study
- You have relevant professional experience in the field of data and analytics, ideally with a focus on business intelligence in an e-commerce, trade or service company
- You have a sound knowledge of SQL and practical experience with BI applications such as Tableau, Cubeware or QlikView
- You are confident in the analysis of data (in Excel, Python or similar) and already have digital analytics knowledge (e. g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery)
- You are communicative, have a hands-on mentality and convince with your ability to work in a team
- You are goal oriented and assertive
- First experience in project management and/or team leadership is a plus
- You speak fluent German and have a good command of English
